Tuscany Hills is a pet friendly community, with a maximum of two pets per household. The property requires a $400 security deposit per pet, along with monthly pet rent. Pets 35 lbs and under are an additional $35 monthly, and pets 36-55 lbs are an additional $55 monthly. 55 lbs is the maximum weight allowed. Breed restrictions apply. Parking at Tuscany Hills is a breeze. Apartments come with one garage, either single or double car. Each lease holder will receive a spot. If a unit with multiple lease holders is assigned a single car garage, then a parking pass will be given out to ensure all lease holders have a parking spot. Assigned carport spots can be rented for $40 monthly. From 8-5 pm, guests are allowed to park in the open spaces. After hours is for resident parking only.
